The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and facilities were excellent. Convenient location for course in Horseheath. Close proximity to town.
Everything was fantastic.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the public areas and my room. It was quiet despite being reasonably busy.
If the hotel was nearer to town it would make it easier to access a variety of restaurants / meal options. Having a 'choice' of one place is not great!

My recent stay at Travelodge Haverhill was overall quite pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The buffet breakfast offered a decent selection, even though the hot food could have been better. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The location was also convenient for exploring nearby attractions. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and reasonably priced stay.

the price ,because you know you are the only hotel in Haverhill that you can always charge very high rates and get away with it, very poor.

Great value for money. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The check-in process was fast and efficient. The hotel is conveniently located near a Harvester restaurant and there is plenty of parking available.
The breakfast room was a bit cramped, with tables arranged too close together. It caused congestion and made it difficult to move around.

The hotel offered good value for money with its affordable rates. the room was clean and inviting, equipped with all necessary amenities such as tea and coffee facilities. the hotel was conveniently located near local dining options, making it easy to explore the area. the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable, making for a rough night's sleep. the restaurant options were limited and slightly overpriced, but there were alternative options nearby.

The staff were excellent, an early check in so we could get ready for a wedding with 2 small children was accommodated along with travel cot and iron etc the reception team were very accommodating sincere & polite then when we returned late at night no issue from the bar staff to provide hot water to heat up baby bottle, even though bar very busy with demanding and not very nice customers!
Location not very nice at all, we had to book here for a wedding in cambridge - but serves its purpose - the cab company the hotel recommends was shocking, our driver had no knowledge of cambrigde at all and we actually ended up missing the wedding service after driving round cambridge for an hour lost

It was fine for an overnight stay, not the greatest of locations but fine for Haverhill.
The bed was huge, but he duvet only just fits at the sides. Also, it would have been nice to have some better quality pillows. This isn't a complaint, just a comment.

This hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, ensuring I could settle into my room and start enjoying my stay right away. Speaking of the room, it was spotlessly clean and tidy, with all the facilities I needed for a comfortable night's sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with the perfect rest I needed after a long day of exploring. And the best part? Breakfast was included in the price! I loved starting my day with a delicious hot meal, especially the fresh scrambled eggs. In terms of value for money, this hotel definitely exceeds expectations. It's conveniently located close to several business parks, making it ideal for corporate travelers, and it's right on the roundabout outside the main road network, making it easily accessible. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in the Haverhill area.
All was absolutely fine, nothing to fault about this hotel.

I booked this hotel for 4 members of my family to attend a family gathering in Haverhill. They could fault nothing apart from the location being on what seemed an industrial estate. The beds were very comfortable. The 24 hour self-service kitchen was welcome. The breakfast was much better quality that they had expected & they would certainly use it again. I was congratulated on making the choice for them!I booked 2 twin rooms.
